Ordered gift for Christmas for my grandson.. ordered it dec 3rd. It is still not here... my own fault trusting anything from China. I have been ripped off several times. Only buying from USA.. They are a Scam....😡
I ordered from an ad that popped up on Facebook for a Seahawk 50th Anniversary Whiskey Glass in commemorative box. The items arrived AFTER Christmas, there was no commemorative box and it was a stemless wine glass, not a whiskey glass. They would not take a return, offered me $10 for the boxes had to finally settle on a 20% discount + $10 for boxes and I had to keep the merchandise. Total purchase price was &72.+ and my refund was $28.00. I feel I have been scammed.
I would give a negative score if I could. The whiskey glass I ordered for my husband, featuring his favorite team, looks nothing like what was advertised. After waiting two months, I received it on December 22, 2025, and was devastated. The glass is poorly made with cheap stickers that even a child could apply. It looks faded and unattractive. I'm incredibly frustrated with the service and wish I could get a refund. The quality of the product is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against ordering from this company, which appears to be based in Korea. The claims of hand-painted designs are false; they are just stickers. Please avoid this seller.
The representative truly exceeded my expectations in addressing my concerns. Although my order had a minor defect, it remained functional. After several communications, we reached a satisfactory resolution. It's reassuring to see that the support team was there to assist us.

Unfortunately, the service is a complete scam! They list a physical address that doesn’t actually exist. It’s just another typical scam operation.
I ordered a promotion for three coins and was supposed to receive a fourth for free. It took over a month to arrive, shipping from Korea via China. I only received three coins, and of those, two were so damaged they’re unusable. So now I’m left with just one. Attempts to reach out to the support team went unanswered. Even the payment platform wouldn’t assist since it wasn't a protected transaction due to suspicious practices.
It’s been a hard lesson learned, so please take the negative reviews to heart!

My mom was interested in an item. I expressed my concerns about the site's legitimacy, but she insisted on getting it for my uncle, so I decided to use an old credit card I rarely use. After two weeks, there's been no update on my order, but I have started receiving ten new spam emails daily since my purchase. At least something came out of it. I would not recommend this.
