Disappointing experience after good standing

After several months of timely payments on my payday loan and successfully renewing it each time, I relied on that positive relationship for my budget. I acknowledge that it was my mistake to trust a company that claims to support Canadians financially. I paid off the loan in full and began the reloan process as usual, but during a system upgrade, no approvals were granted. I reached out through messages, emails, and online chats, but received little to no response. Only one agent initially communicated with me, and another took two weeks to respond via email but couldn't assist further. By the end of the month, I still lacked updates and communication regarding my situation. This lack of information led to financial responsibilities I couldn't manage, resulting in NSF fees that prevented loan approval despite my good standing. Now, nearly three months later, I've faced eviction, my car insurance is in default, and I'm struggling to catch up on payments. I’ve only managed to make partial payments to keep my phone active for communication. Ultimately, I'm in a much worse situation now than when I first engaged with the service.

I often get flustered when using my phone, but they guide me through the process, making everything straightforward. They explain things clearly without overwhelming me with unnecessary details. Terrible loan service

This loan company has become terrible, especially since going digital. It now takes days to reach them, let alone secure a loan. Previously, it took about 15 minutes. This delay is not helpful for emergencies, so I recommend looking elsewhere.

If only there was a zero-star option

If there was an option for zero stars, I would definitely choose it. I’m frustrated with the recent changes and the lengthy wait (over three weeks) for a callback regarding a loan application I couldn't even finish due to technical issues. I'm constantly redirected because everyone is busy. If you need cash quickly, this service isn't reliable anymore.
