The customer service is A+. I have 5 months left in my 5 year plan. The payments were promptly reflected in my credit statements. It's important to note that some creditors will report your accounts closed. However, I have watched my credit scores soar as the balances are reduced. Navicore negotiated drastic reductions in my interest rate that allowed me to pay over $60,000 in 5 years. Navicore has been a savior.
The representative from Navicore was very nice and knowledgeable but there's nothing they can do for you if you are unemployed at the moment without an income and can't make any payment. No bank or credit counseling company will be willing to reduce the debt or interest rate on your credit cards including Navicore without you making some kind of payment. I called Navicore because I was being pressured by the banks to call them and I want to comply but for someone in my position it's a waste of time. Besides that, anything Navicore can do for me, I can do on my own by dealing with the banks directly and probably in less time.This is a follow up reply/edit to Navicore's reply to me:I appreciate you reaching out but as I already said above, I am not in a position to make any payments whatsoever unfortunately which is why I said it's a waste of time for me right now, it's premature and frankly I don't need anyone being "part of my journey". But the bank won't stop calling and telling me to call Navicore so I didn't want to not comply. When I have an income again I'll make my payments. As I already explained I don't see what you can do to help unless you are willing to lower my debt and/or interest rate WITHOUT me making any type of payment whatsoever which I know you won't do. If you can do that then I'll contact you again. Can you do that? If not then why would you ask me to call you again?
I already made my first payment to Navicore but they haven't settled my credit card debts (only 1 bank with Chase) yet, I called an agent,she told me that it may take 3 weeks and depends if Chase agreed to the settlement. I hope this is not a scam! Chase actually recommended Navicore to me.
