Honestly, I was skeptical, but it was an easy, stress free process. They covered the shipping and gave me a free appraisal. When I talk to Carl the answer all my questions politely and completely. I was particularly impressed with the speed of the transaction overall. I had called to get the details of individual items that I had sent that were not itemized. If I could suggest anything it would be two include the details of the items sent in the offer. Nonetheless Carl was able to answer all my questions.

My experience could've been improved if I had been informed beforehand that they only weigh coins and do not assess their value before making an offer. I submitted minted coins with Certificates of Authenticity, old leaf pennies, and Buffalo nickels, but received a $3 offer! Their phone line is unhelpful unless you have a specific extension number. There's no receptionist; it's automated and disconnects if you lack an extension. As stated, if the offer isn't accepted, your package will be sent back. I had to reach out via email to inquire about how and when I would get my coins returned. This was frustrating after declining their offer. However, it was a generally positive experience since they provide a FedEx label for mailing your items. I sent my package on 12/17/2025 and got it back on 12/26/2025. They also notify you when your package is delivered and returned. Overall, it was a quick and mostly positive experience.
