A total disappointment and frustration. After two months of continuous communication, it seems like nothing was achieved. It’s clear that my financial documents were never truly reviewed. I even secured a property contract, only to be denied at the last moment, even though my financial status was consistent with the pre-approval. To make matters worse, I later received full approval from another institution without issues. I was in touch with the administrative team, while an ineffective finance team seemed to be making decisions without proper evaluation. There was a complete lack of accountability and transparency. I would be curious to see their loan records; they might be struggling. I recommend avoiding this service.

Avoid at all costs

Awful support and I felt ripped off for over $6,000 due to their misleading communications! I had been paying more than the minimum on my mortgage for months and submitted a request for a permanent reduction, but instead, they increased my mortgage balance by $5,000, then reduced it by the same amount, leaving my balance unchanged while I ended up with an arrears showing. Online support was unhelpful and provided contradictory information about my funds. Now I’ll have to escalate this to the financial services ombudsman. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
