Scam! Scam!On 30th of Sept I decided to opt for this gateway for my website for my online business. On the website checker the trustscore was 98I made an account and was still trying to complete the remaining part of the registration.I had a query about it and so thought of calling the customer care from their website. As soon as I tried calling I was suddenly logged out there seemed to be disconnection which was not normal. On the other end a man began to talk in a village hindi dialect and sounded uneducated. I told him about my doubt and he transfered the call to another person . This man asked me about my bank balance. I instantly cut the call as I knew that these aren't genuine people. So although the website is well designed and has a user friendly interface it isn't trustworthy. Now the question arises if the trust score is worth trusting??From,Dr Savita.
When you sign up they claim to have zero maintenance fee. But to your surprise one fine day you will see a charge of Rs.4999 + GST in your account in the name of Annual Maintenance Charges. Their account managers are incapable of resolving your issues. I would recommend using Razorpay over Cashfree to save yourself from such surprises.
Cheap service, rude behavior and no technical support. I've submitted my documents and still cashfree didn't provided me the dedicated service that they shout in public over internet. This is really pathetic. That idiot Vishwajeet Singh from the management team was the most dumbass authorized body I've ever seen. Even Razorpay and PayU has million times better service then Cashfree.You guys can read the pre shared Real Reviews about CashFree, Just Type "Cashfree Honest Review on Quora" in Google.If i could rate negative then definitely i give you -5 stars for your overall service.
Worst Payment Gateway, Bordline Scam. My Cashree account has been active for around a year but we were using Razorpay and we decided to added Cashfree as test for 10 days and we recieved 2 orders on Cashfree within first 3 days and now they are telling me to share the documents which i already submitted at time of activation and now i keep asking list of accepted documents to submit and instead of answering that they are telling i should wait for 48 hours to get a call from my account manager....SCAM be careful
Running my Ecommerce Website with Just two Options. COD and Cashfree. They Held my amount for 1 Month at start but the was because my account was not activated in the back end. Took 24hours to get everything cleared. Now payments are a breeze. :-)Love their support.
