I encountered issues with my account, transitioning from pounds to dollars without understanding why. When I attempted to withdraw funds, I faced technical issues and requests for confirmation that I had not provided. I find this situation suspicious and am unable to access my money. I advise against using this app.
I had high hopes based on their claims of offering global payment solutions. After submitting my documents, I learned that the feature I needed is no longer available. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite submitting all of my business documents (UID, PAN, GST, IEC, Udyam), the team was reluctant to process them and even questioned the legitimacy of my business, which was both frustrating and unprofessional.The customer support is extremely poor, with little to no effort made to resolve issues. After reading several negative reviews and learning that the RBI had imposed restrictions on this company in the past, I lost all confidence in their service. As an Indian startup, I had expected better reliability and transparency. Unfortunately, they fell short in every aspect.I have since decided to close my account and will be looking for international payment gateways that offer genuine, reliable, and professional services. I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about their business.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided. Despite numerous emails, there has been no response from the team. It seems client issues are not a priority for them, and customer satisfaction is clearly not their concern.I strongly advise against using their services.
They wasted more than 2 months of time when I applied for a payment gateway. I kept asking them to tell me straight that these are the services we offer, these are my documents, and considering this if they'll provide me a gateway to run my business. For more than two months they kept ask9ng for documents and asking me to make changes on my website. I asked them to me first if they'll provide but they said to do the changes first. After painfully following up with them on emails, making all the stupid changes they asked, they just casually said that "Oh, we just noticed that you provide PPC services to your clients", so we cannot proceed. Pathetic people don't know that we offer to set up PPc campiagns for our clients on Google, which is all legit, but they believe in wasting people's time to assert dominance. May there company fail miserably.
Worst Payment Gateway Team. You will get same bot replies to your email. They just collecting your documents, not giving any payment gateway approval. My application is pending since last 6 months. I wrote more than 25 email, but same getting same replies- wait for 24 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE. Don't go for it.
Cashfree support and technical team is the worst. They will make changes in API without any prior notice. Website and apps will stop working and you will not get any time to fix issues. Always you will be bearing losses. Don't go with cashfree. Try payumoney.
The service is very poor. The onboarding process is very slow. The team is not professional. They do not know the actual solution. They do the response only for the ticket update so that the company understands the status. The company is good, all the products are very good but the team and employees are not well trained and skilled. They do not provide the actual requirements.
