Do not waste your money. I bought the eyelid things in a big quantity on an inframercial, started by a youtube add. They say they are refundable, but when I tried to return them, they said they don't return from Canada. They are very uncomfortable. When I complained about them, they said I bought the wrong size and by the way, there is only one size available on the infomorcial I bought from. When I complained a nice person who responded gave me some credit to buy some Microcrystal patches. I had to pay the postage from the states however, and that just meant that I threw more good money after bad. The Microcrystal patches are also completely useless. Absolutely no results.
Overcharged, shortshipped, items don't work, very visible. No customer service, they do not reply. Never received some things and the items were higher cost than stated; terrible experience. I feel totally ripped off. not even bothering to try to get my money back, Company should be closed down.
Shockingly expensive and useless product. Over promised and under delivered. Just small half moon sticky patches that you apply to your eyelids. Uncomfortable and just moved the skin elsewhere. A bit like when you wear support pants! Let’s face it, it has to go somewhere. Don’t bother. Either grow old gracefully / disgracefully, or have a surgery!
I bought the Microcrystal patches as I saw the adverts on social media and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised when I used the first patch overnight to see a remarkable improvement in my deep 11/frown lines.I am very pleased with the result I got so will be looking at what other products this company do and will give them a try and will leave honest reviews.
