Horrible app used bonus made 700$ couldn’t cash out followed guide lines and then it magically disappeared after i verified my email then I placed a 400$ bet on the table it won didn’t pay me did it 2 more times for it to say invalid bet each time I won and of course the next time I place the bet it looses app is laggy sketch and online games cannot trust I watched a roulette table hit 3-6-9-12 9 times which is 1-12 and 3rd Collum 3 times not even possible for that to happen so would stay away from this shit app

Another site of scammers and thieves. I recommend to stay away from these suckers! It was OK when I deposited, but when I won the problem started. I've sent KYC documments and received an email, that my account is closed because of duplicated accounts. 100% I had only one account. Tipically. Stole 7k Eur. Warning!!! AVOID!,,I started an account and deposited 25 bucks. Quickly withdrew 600 same day. They rejected my withdrawal and gave me the 25 back and said it was bc of my vpn that is always on on my phone. They stated I wasn’t trying anything slick, which I wasn’t. I was in an acceptable country and did nothing more than play and win. So I asked casino guru and other 3rd parties to step in and help which they are doing now. However, it’s my fault for not looking at casinoguru’s rating on them first. They do a great job at rating all casinos. I was able to view tons of complaints from other people who deposited with casinobit. Their safety index rating is a 2 out of 10 which is by far the worse I’ve seen,Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else bc this casino does everything they can do to not pay out customers. I received an email at 9:51 am for a KYC check and have submitted all the requested documents, I’ve submitted multiple tickets and have confirmed my withdrawal and have not received any response yet or my winnings. This is a mixed review because I truly enjoy Casinobit, but there had been a mistake and I am unable to discuss it with anyone. I signed up in 2024 and have really enjoyed the platform. I have made several deposits as well as withdrawals. My latest successful withdrawal being in May 15th. I submitted a withdrawal request on July 11th, but soon after, I received an email stating that I had multiple accounts. The thing is that I am positive that I do not. I know that there is some kind of technical mistake. I have requested the information for the additional account that they have in the system but cannot get a response. I really feel that if I were able to talk to someone and us go over the information that they are seeing than they would realize that there was an error. I do not think it was intentional by any means. I truly think that it was a system error. I will say that I really appreciate them returning my initial deposit that was used to win my earnings. They didnt have to do that. Unfortunately, my account has now been closed and I wasnt given the opportunity to talk anything over with the support team to confirm that there wasnt an error. I can honestly say that I would still recommend them to a friend. If a system error occurred, I cannot blame them for following protocol and closing my account. I wish that they would have taken a little deeper dive into my account to make sure that a system error didnt occur and wrongfully mark my account.
