Never received the product, and I live in Atlanta where this is supposedly made and shipped from. Didn't have the option to request a refund - only a return. Very disappointed that I never received it, that a replacement shipment wasn't sent, and that this might have been a scam.

Do not buy any of there products. Complete junk and so overpriced. Returned the product and they want to refuse a refund cause of some tape. Most ridiculous scam ever. They have my money and the item - SCAM - and it was in the same condition as received. Customer service is very rude and they have lots of complaints online
I wish I could offer more than one star, but the customer service is uniquely and appallingly bad, and I believe the company may be falsely claiming to offer multiple sizes when that is not actually true.I ordered the “Long” size, which is marketed as being designed for people who are 5’9” to 6’4”. When I received the device, it did not appear to be made for taller people, so I contacted the company to ask a straightforward question: what is the actual length of the “Long” device compared to the regular version? The response I received was nonsensical. I was told that if there was an “L” sticker on the box, that alone proved it was a Long. When I explained that I no longer had the box and reiterated my request for the measurements themselves, I was met with continued evasion. In total, I wrote six additional times asking for the physical dimensions of the Long versus the Regular, and not once did the company provide that information. Why would any legitimate company refuse to disclose the physical measurements of a device they sell? This was not a one-time oversight — it was a consistent refusal to share basic, objective information that any customer should reasonably expect to have before purchasing a product where size and fit matter.Eventually, they offered an exchange. But since they never disclosed the measurements in the first place, there was no way to know whether the replacement would actually be a different or more appropriate size. An exchange without sizing information is essentially meaningless. This experience has left me questioning whether the different “sizes” they sell are meaningfully different at all. Without disclosed measurements, customers cannot verify fit, compare options, or make informed decisions — especially when different sizes are priced differently.Refusing to disclose basic dimensions is not standard practice for legitimate consumer products and fundamentally undermines trust. Transparency here would take seconds. The continued refusal suggests either extremely poor customer service or that the sizing distinctions are largely arbitrary. Either way, this is a serious red flag, and I would not purchase from this company again.
I bought two and returned one but did not receive the full refund. No explanation whatsoever. They kept almost $60 our of the $220 item I paid for. This is outside sketchy business practice. I would not but from this place. Nickel diming cheapskate
By far the most unique health device on the market. It works and it does way more than stretching. I saw Messi and Brady using it in a documentary and i bought one for my back issues. Im pain free for the first time in decades. Its pricey but its a money saver for anyone who has pain issues.
