The marketplace is confusing enough without the glitches that come with government healthcare sites. The reps at Catch made registration a breeze and worked virtually behind the scenes with on my behalf. I woke up on Saturday morning to an email letting me know that everything had been handled! Couldn’t have been better.
My doctors decided to switch insurance providers that they accept beginning 1-1-25' which had me super stressed out because their billing team had no answers/guidance for me to choose a new/in network plan... So I stumbled upon Catch, gave them a call, and Clory was so nice, patient, and answered all of my questions!! Thank you! Definitely recommend!
Clory at Catch was exceptionally helpful and patient during the health insurance sign-up process, providing clear explanations and guidance. She was so patient with me because I kept running into issues on the sign up website. I highly recommend Clory and Catch for anyone navigating the intricacies of health insurance enrollment.

I selected my insurance plan on Healthcare.gov in November and chose not to use my full premium credit. Today, I get several emails from Healthcare.gov about my application being approved and needing to pay my premium to be enrolled. I also get an email from Catch.co reminding me to pay my premium. I log on to catch.com and find that they have updated my plan to use the full premium credit. I contacted support and told them to change it back and close my account, because they did the same thing last year and I asked them back then to change it back and tell me how to remove their access to my healthcare.gov application. Last year they changed it back but didn’t tell me how to revoke access. This year they tell me they can’t change it, that I have to change it myself on Healthcare.gov, that if I no longer want them as a broker they can close my account, which should take 3-5 business days. But when I try to log in to catch to see the plan details, because I don’t remember my plan number. I cannot log in.My thing is, even if I misunderstood what connecting my insurance to the catch.co app meant (I didn’t realize I was getting a broker, they were just supposed to send my estimated tax payments off each quarter), if they’re acting as a broker, don’t I get some input in what plan I choose and how much to pay? When I enroll myself in a plan, why come behind me and change it because I’m “entitled” to it? And without a heads up. A simple email saying, “Did you mean to not use all of your premium credit? Let us know if you want us to fix that,” would be preferable to a surprise email from the Healthcare.gov website telling to you to finish enrollment on a plan you thought already finished enrolling in the previous month.
