Got the job done but they will contact you multiple times a day via email, phone and text about their portion of payments when I didn’t even receive anything. Extremely annoying. Even after I let them know that I didn’t receive anything payments and that I will pay once I receive.
Occams was very easy and straightforward to deal with. They helped us navigate the employee retention credits available through the covid funding and unlike other companies that were known for pushing the envelope Occam's was very upfront that they would not be doing that and anything they did would be 100% legitimate and safe. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them.
