I had a great experience with Catholight! My bag shipped quickly and it’s absolutely stunning. I get so many compliments on it! It’s very well made and sturdy. And the artwork is truly beautiful. I can’t wait to get more products from them, highly recommend!
I absolutely adore my Catholight bag. It has become my go to bag for everything. The quality, design, and usability is unmatched compared to my other bags. I love how I can evangelize the Catholic faith through fashion as well. When I placed my order even through after receiving my bag, the customer service has been amazing. Cannot recommend this company and their bags enough. 🤍
To sum it up, my wife mistakenly opened the wallet I had bought as a gift, and she was not pleased. She already owns many leather wallets, and I didn't consider that when making the purchase. Additionally, it was too large for her bags, and the writing on it didn't sit well with her. They wouldn't allow a return and didn't even suggest an exchange for another item. Quite frustrating. They don't seem to embody the values I expected.
I purchased a necklace and it came with a huge tight knot in it. The company wanted pictures and videos of the knot which I provided. Overall, the situation has not been corrected and the cross and medal itself are highly disappointing. Poor quality, heavy and clunky jewelry. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering.
