Great infinity rings, bracelet could improve

The infinity rings are wonderful and just what I was looking for, but the 14k gold bracelet was nice but a bit too thin for my liking. The price feels slightly high for the thickness, but the gemstones were flawless. Overall, I had a positive experience with the service.

Lovely necklace, but chain was tangled

I ordered a gemstone necklace as a gift. It arrived on time and is very beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the sparkle of the chain! However, I deducted a star because the box presentation could be improved; the chain needed to be secured better, which made it a bit difficult to present as a gift right away.
