Noticed the negative review below. Not sure what that it about, but I have bought several items over the years and Yigal (owner) has always been very responsive on the phone during business hours. I get lots of compliments on my ring and earrings. Just received my ring back after getting it polished under the warranty. Definitely recommend!
I have tried to call their 212 number and their 877 tol free number and no answer, all you get is," mail box is not set up " recording. I do not know how anyone reviewing this on line company can say they had a legitimate good experience...possibly if someone goes into the store but if there is a real store,...who knows as the contact numbers do not work...I would not buy on line from tis " company" ever.
