Review Time
I ordered the box in May and got charged for it but as of July I have not received it. I contacted them through the contact form on their webpage and did not receive a response nor acknowledgedment. I never got my money back either.
I waited for over a month to get my cats cat cave. It finally came and it was smashed and not able to reform its original shape. Why in the world would you ship something like this that has the possibility of being smashed like mine was and not ship it in a box. Don't waste your money buying this.
Gorgeous little catnip toy received with love for my fur babies. My little boy Blue went crazy over it, kicking it and throwing it around the room and spent 10 minutes just licking it. He certainly approves. The customer service of the team at Cattitude is professional and friendly. I'd recommend them. Our furry friends deserve a few nice treats.
