Nothing positive about this website they don’t pay out even the €500/daily as they claiming they do. Stay away! There are much better sites to actually win and have money same day . I have requested €500 on 20/10/2025 we on the day 10 still no money. Customer service keep telling me they have back log and they apologise. I’ve played on this website past 1 year never won anything until now and after depositing quite a sum to them this happens. Lesson learnt no more deposits
AVOID this one, they do not pay out , excuse after excuse, they claim they have paid when they haven’t. They will tell you every excuse you can imagine, the best one was an email writing in English claiming they do not have any English speakers to help, this website will most likely be shut down soon. Attempted to withdraw £1800, only received £800 and won’t pay the rest .
Not happy with this site at all. Withdrawal has went missing not doing anything about it. after reading all the reviews on here i was sceptical about cazeus and wether i would get my money however i got to give credit where it is due payout was reasonably quick the only reason i have given them 4 out of 5 is for the fact they take £1.20 for withdrawal otherwise they would have got a 5 out of 5.
Deposit not added to account. Money has been taken from my bank but not added to my account. I have been waiting over a week for £70 of free spins winnings to be added. Bogus email from a crowd called best casino claiming 200 free spins on sign up. After spending an hour in chat they finally informed me I would need to open an account to find out if the offer was real. Avoid at all costs, probably another identity theft ring in my opinion.
Having a terrible time with this site!!! Withdrawal 1100. I didn't cancelled it but not showing in my page. I got screen recording of my account when you can clearly see there's a glitch when the balance keeps on going up and down when I'm not even playing. Absolute joke website. Non existing winnings. No matter how much money you deposit you will never win nothing. I've asked to close my account and this also won't happen.
