The shirts look great and received many compliments. However, after the first wash, they shrank by over a size, and now they don't fit at all. I ordered XL, but they ended up fitting like a Medium, leaving me with five unusable shirts. The customer service is frustrating; they seem indifferent and struggle with basic communication. The clothing feels cheap despite a high price tag, and the support is lacking. I’ll be returning to other brands that offer better quality and durability, as I have shirts that have only experienced minimal shrinkage over years of use. Even lower-priced options have performed better in terms of shrinkage.
The return process is frustrating. I had to fill out a form that took time to receive. I followed the instructions and sent the return at the end of September. Now it’s December 3, and I still haven’t received my refund despite multiple attempts to contact them through email and text. The company owes me around $200.

Despite returning my item, they have not processed my refund. Customer service has stopped replying to my emails. I returned the product in perfect condition using the provided return slip and even paid for the shipping. They received the item, but I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the status with no response.
This has been my worst shopping experience in a long time. The shirt didn’t fit and felt cheap, so I attempted to return it. They instructed me to text a return request, but I received no reply. I had to print a return form and pay for shipping myself. They received the return three days ago, but I haven’t seen any credit or refund and have had no response to my inquiries. Additionally, I received pants that were not true to size, and after contacting support, I was asked for the barcode but received no further communication. If you buy something on sale, you can only get store credit, which means you're forced to buy more of their low-quality items. I will never shop here again and plan to file a complaint with the BBB.
I am seeking an update on my order. I was informed that one of the shirts was backordered and would arrive the third week of August. The shirt I returned was supposed to be sent with the backordered item, but now it's September, and I have received no updates or merchandise. I have reached out multiple times.
