I thought Diane Bache was amazing while she was trying to track down a payment in 2023 that I had paid to the wrong entity. I was also going through a really difficult time and she was incredibly kind to me and has been so patient, as I was worried I was going to be black listed. It has taken 3.5 months to find the elusive amount. I never knew that credit management companies could be so kind, so thank you for making it so easy.
My daughter has had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with these cowboys. After being paid ‘too much’ by NHS , we are talking a couple of hundred pounds, this company took up the debt. She pays regularly, by direct debit, on 1st of the month but seems to get threatening letters stating that she has missed the payment. When she calls they say it’s their fault. Absolute cowboys.

The company has truly disappointing standards. At first, I found myself engaged in a patronizing exchange with a customer service representative who exhibited a total disregard for professionalism. The matter has been thoroughly investigated, the call recording has been retrieved, and the company has issued an apology. I thought the worst was behind us. However, I discovered that I am unable to process my payment online. I expressed my frustration, but no one seemed to be listening. It seems their sole proficiency lies in dispatching threatening letters and emails. In the post-COVID era, if your loan recovery company struggles to collect digital payments, it raises questions about your effectiveness and adaptability in the current market. How effective can a company really be if it fails to adapt to the evolving landscape of financial transactions? I frequently find myself concerned that the poor management of their payment portal may result in legal repercussions for me.
They should be taken to court for causing people to become suicidal. They buy debt and then hound people and ask for financial information that is not their business. They are a debt management company. Do not send them any financial information. I sent my bank statement and some other bits of info. The next day I had a call from the bank and someone had tried to open a credit card in my name, a loan, and tried to withdraw funds.
