On the 30th of Jan 2025 after finding a CCJ in my name after a credit score check - and panicking about it for a couple of weeks, as even my council citizen advise line was clueless and didn`t know what to advise me to do - I hired the services of CCJ removal. I decided for them after calling many other similar paralegal services, and 2 law firms for an assessment of my case and quotation. Since the first call, they sounded like the most polite, professional and responsive team I quoted with. The quotation was much more realistic then the law firms.I was very insecure initially as I am not from the UK, I had never been involved with legal issues and all the CCJ situation was a huge mistake from a wifi-utility company who failed to cancel my bill when I moved cities and they didn't provide the services in my new address. The company made it all worse sending all correspondence to my old address, including the CCJ notification. After deciding to work with CCJ removal and right after the payment, my case was allocated to the paralegal Emilia, who was incredibly responsive since the first hours of my case being allocated to her. She guided me on which evidence I had to locate and provide. After sending it all to her, the next day she presented my case to the solicitors representing the debt company, and chased them until the consent order to remove the CCJ was reviewed and agreed. Emilia kept me updated about the date she sent the case back to the court, when it was allocated to a judge and finally when it was set aside. All in all it took 9-10 weeks for the judgement to be set aside (the initial time frame mentioned to me was about 12 weeks). And finally Emilia even contacted the Registry trust to assure they will update the credit agencies and remove the CCJ from my credit report.Now I just have to wait for my updated credit score.I am very pleased to have chosen to work with CCJ removals and would recommend them to anyone going to through similar situation, as it can be nerve wracking for people without experience in dealing with legal matters. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. I paid over 2 k for a ccj to be removed the person working for this company nick tumelty sent email saying ccj was being removed on 25 th may. Next thing ccj removal contact me saying that nick as left company and ccj is still on there. I have all emails and messages also contacted national paralegals who have explained that people working for this company are not even registered. I will be making a claim against them regardless if nick as left he worked for this company and its their responsibility ive been misled lost 2 k for a service that they didn't provide. So please do your research on this company and don't part with any money for false misrepresentation they give. Then they report you to trust pilot as they don't like being exposed

I'd ended up with a CCJ from a case of ID fraud, and after a year or so of trying and failing to resolve it myself, I decided it would be best to call in the experts. They helped file all the relevant docs and evidence, and as soon as the courts got through their backlog, the CCJ was removed. Overall the process was just under a year, but realistically it could have been sorted in half the time if I hadn't been slow filing stuff or responding to things on my side!

I contacted CCJ removal services in the new year, upon discovering a CCJ on my credit report. They acted immediately and reassured me that my case was likely to be successful due to the nature of my CCJ being served. I was dubious about who to choose but CCJ RS seemed the most reasonably priced and the reviews speak for themselves!Initially I was assigned a paralegal who dealt with all of the legal paperwork and kept me up to date with the relevant timeline and set clear expectations. The first part of submitting the 'setting aside' paperwork was easy to navigate. I waited a number of weeks but hadn't heard anymore on the progress of my claim to the court. I contacted CCJ RS and they told me a new paralegal would be assigned because the old one was unavailable. From here, a senior colleague took over and my court papers were submitted the same day. I was then under the care of Emilia who gave me really clear and helpful advice. I was told to wait up to 12 weeks for the court to accept my case and for the judge to make a decision. 12 weeks passed and Emilia chased the courts to ask for an update; we were told to wait for another 2-3 weeks. After a further 2 weeks, Emilia raised a complaint on my behalf. A further week later, the court made their final decision and successfully set aside my CCJ. I can't tell you how relieved I am now this has been cleared from my financial records. I was wrongfully issued a CCJ from a parking firm who had been chasing me at a previous address and had not contacted the hire car company in which I accrued the fine.I cannot recommend CCJ RS enough and want to thank them for their help and professionalism throughout the entire process. The cost was good value for the level of service and reassurance which they provided.

We will assign a Case Worker to mediate with the claimant on your behalf. Your Case Worker will contact the claimant and discuss your case, as a Civil Mediation company in most Small Claims that are Non-Contested, we can reach agreement with them.
Your Case Worker can help you with the Legal Paperwork. Once we have reached agreement with the claimant, we make sure that your paperwork is correctly drafted and satisfies the legal criteria.
The Paperwork is submitted to the Court. Once you have signed the legal paperwork, this must be submitted to the court for a Judge to Approve. Once Approved, the CCJ will be removed from your file. You’ll get written confirmation directly from the court.See more
