after they reviewed my case they advised I have a big chance of getting my CCJ removed , because it needs a lot of work they charged me three times they usual charges , then they passed it to a senior person in the company whom opinion that my case had no merits and no point of carrying on with the case , they are refusing to refund my money despite charging much more than the standard charges because of the complexity of my case , now they are not even answering my emails
CCJ RemovedI discovered I had a CCJ against me name from Thames Water a year after. I had no idea and was terrified on discovering this, I was almost having a breakdown till I came across CIC and they took my case up and today my CCJ as been set aside. I am so grateful to Liane she was a great support to me.P.S. Ignore everything you read online about it not been possible to get CCJ removed. It is possible and mine was set aside. Now waiting for it to get erased from my credit report, I will update this review when that happens.

I had a CCJ registered against me having moved house and simply forgot to change my address on a student debt. This left me feeling very frustrated and that I was probably stuck with it despite having an otherwise perfect credit history. CCJ removal services have been excellent throughout the removal process. I was allocated a paralegal Mylah who took ownership of my case, providing clear info and instructions as well as very prompt responses throughout. Considering their efficiency and level of support, I also felt that the service was very good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who feels they have had a CCJ unjustly registered against them.

Your Case Worker can help you with the Legal Paperwork. Once we have reached agreement with the claimant, we make sure that your paperwork is correctly drafted and satisfies the legal criteria.
The Paperwork is submitted to the Court. Once you have signed the legal paperwork, this must be submitted to the court for a Judge to Approve. Once Approved, the CCJ will be removed from your file. You’ll get written confirmation directly from the court.See more
