Enable Law, specifically Sarah Palmer, have been fantastic from the outset, in helping our family with an EHCP appeal against the Local Authority. Sarah is exceptionally knowledgable about all the intricacies of this specialised area, but she is also very insightful into the needs of children with care experience. Working with her has helped our daughter in more ways than I could have envisaged. I was drawn to Sarah’s approach through attending a seminar that she delivered with a charity, and am so glad that she agreed to work with us. Throughout the process, she was attentive, compassionate, a great communicator and a clear advocate, leading to exactly the outcome that we had hoped. Morgan has been great, keeping me fully updated on progress on my claim against my local (notoriously poor) NHS hospital (broken neck that was misdiagnosed as whiplash). Despite facing an uphill battle with the trust and their legal team who denied any responsibility for the situation and even went so far as to refute the findings of their own internal investigation led by their own ED clinical director admitting their own failure in my care and treatment. Despite this Morgan kept pushing and have received a small cash settlement. Throughout the whole 3 year process I have always been kept informed of any progress and communications received. I have no problem in recommending Enable Laws services especially Morgan (I imagine it is soul crushing to have to deal with the liars and charlatans in the NHS and their legal representation)

I have just settled a medical negligence case outside of court with Nicola at Enable Law. Currently with them. Whilst not a bad firm, they’ve made several mistakes during our time together, including underhand threat/ultimatums from senior solicitors. Have had to ask for replacements for a couple of people working on the case due to lack of professionalism and empathy towards us. One solicitor has advised us in the past and we’ve followed said advice then they’ve pleaded ignorant when things don’t go to plan. Instead of helping, they’ve said it’s on us and gone on happily to take their payment. They’ve even had to write off charges on the file due to not reading documents properly even after the information being pointed by myself and then the case barrister. Gillian Clark has been the best and most compassionate to get us across the line. They’ve a LOT to learn and get right in understanding that they are accountable to us and the client. Hopefully they do over time.
