I ordered some spoons from them in November 2025 This company has tried to charge me 29.99 every month since then .I've had to call my bank or go into my bank every month because of their fraudulent activity they have me signed up for a membership that I DID NOT agree to...THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Going to turn them into the better business bureau. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! ANGRY 😠 🤬 😡 doesn't even begin to explain how I feel about these thieves!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife on December 11, 2025. Just two days later, I received an email stating they didn't have my address. I called and provided my address to a customer service representative, only to repeat this on December 15. After contacting my credit card provider, I learned that the company had initiated monthly recurring charges on my card. My credit card was canceled and new ones were issued. The product finally arrived on January 7, 2026, but it looked nothing like the images in their advertisements. This is a complete rip-off.

Item is defective and support is unresponsive.

The item I received is not functioning. I haven't heard back from the support team. They issued a partial refund, but since the product is useless, it feels like a waste, and I'm still out of pocket. This situation is unacceptable.

Terrible experience with this service.

I received only part of my order for Christmas decorations meant for two front door pots. The company's website claims a satisfaction guarantee, but when I called, they refused to honor it, even though they acknowledged not sending the complete order.

Disappointed with my order and lack of support

I ordered two mini Christmas trees with lights but only received one, which is much smaller and less full than what was shown online. I contacted customer support, and initially, they acknowledged the missing items. However, they have since stopped responding to me. I have no means to return the item I received or to obtain a refund. I paid $47 for what seems to be worth only about $5.

Disappointing planter tree order

I ordered a planter tree that turned out to be very disappointing. It was nothing like what I expected, with incorrect lights and much smaller size. Moreover, two weeks later, they attempted to charge my card for an item I didn’t purchase, leading me to cancel my card due to concerns about fraud. I advise staying away from this seller.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is fraudulent. I was charged twice, and the quality of the product was terrible. They do not respond to phone calls and provided my bank with a fake phone number. The product was shipped by an unknown carrier, and there is no information available for returns. It was a very negative experience. I regret not checking their reviews beforehand. What a mistake!

Unexpected charges for a membership

We were billed $29.99 for a monthly VIP membership. My husband didn’t realize he had signed up for this when placing his order. The company did cancel the membership but refused to refund the fee, despite my call within 3 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
