This is just like other complaints; it’s a significant scam! I ordered an item that should have cost $19.99, but I didn’t notice the total charged until later. I mistakenly ordered another item thinking I had ordered two initially. The first item arrived, and it is tiny, not pre-lit, and looks nothing like the pictures. I wish I could give a negative rating; it’s truly a scam.
I had a negative experience. I ordered a large lighted Christmas bow and received a damaged item crammed into a small box, making it impossible to shape properly. I also found an undisclosed $29.99 subscription charge. After disputing with multiple companies, I realized I ordered from one seller but was charged by others. A frustrating waste of time.
This company is fraudulent. Avoid making purchases here. I was double charged, and the product quality was terrible. They do not respond to phone calls and provided a fake number to the bank. The product was shipped by an unknown carrier with no return information. A regrettable experience; I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.
If possible, I would give zero stars. I ordered two pre-lit Christmas tree urn fillers, but only one arrived, and it was so poorly made that it’s going in the trash. I wish I could share a photo to show how small and sparse it is. To make matters worse, the company attempted to charge me twice, but thankfully my bank blocked the transactions.
