I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, both shipped out after a waiting period of about 5-7 days and arrived within 2 days of shipping. I ordered from the United States, and they ship from France. The sunglasses are genuine and arrived exactly as described. Plus, the pricing was extremely competitive compared to other platforms I checked.

I ordered glasses weeks ago, but they were never delivered to my address. The seller will not refund my money or send another pair. They took my payment, and I received nothing in return. This feels like theft. They keep saying they are investigating, but it shouldn't take weeks to resolve a delivery issue. I plan to file a fraud claim with my bank and the authorities as soon as possible.
