I recently attended a webinar by Celecta on suspended floors, it was very informative, their knowledge of the market and other products and their inefficiencies allowed them to design new products which address the faults and provide all round better products

Because I know that I will be taken care of throughout the process. The attention to detail throughout makes the experience even sweeter. I get data sheets with my quotes.This rules out any misunderstanding with my customer when I pass them on. The order confirmations that I receive are clear, concise and accurate. When we collect from the factory in Rochester, the process is quick and easy. On the very rare occasion that there is an issue, people are extremely reactive and positive. The situation is always resolved incredibly quickly. It is very rare that I can say all of these things about a supplier. Cellecta always make me feel that my business is appreciated.
