I signed up for this tool to create an important presentation video, but it was completely unusable. Every time I tried to edit, the video crashed. I had to abandon my project and use another tool just to meet my deadline. The support was unhelpful, only suggesting calls without providing real solutions. I paid for a full month but received no value. I strongly advise caution before using this service.
This product is incredibly ineffective. You'll find yourself wasting time trying to make corrections that lead nowhere. They even block you from canceling your subscription yourself, forcing you to deal with a support team that's even worse. After numerous emails, they still haven't canceled my subscription. I've lost my money.
