I would strongly advise against flying with this airline. My flight was delayed by 6 to 7 hours, leaving me stranded overnight. Communication was sparse, creating a chaotic atmosphere at the airport. Despite reaching out via email and their website, I received no response. In all my travel experiences, I've never encountered such an ineffective airline.
Both of my flights were cancelled, and the responses to my inquiries were slow and unhelpful. This is not an isolated incident; many flights are frequently cancelled. Additionally, I was charged for seat selection that was supposed to be included in my ticket, and there were no vegetarian meal options. Their website also has significant functionality issues.
