I bought a test for €132, but the results are still “in the lab for analysis.” The website says it should take 8 working days, yet it’s already been 15 workingdays. I’m starting to worry that the results may never arrive. I’ve filled out the contact form and sent an email, but I haven’t received any response. At this point, it feels like it might have been a scam.

A lot of spam from the beginning!! I wanted a test not a whole advertising campaign.The required app, even though deselected, pushed a lot of advertising.Then the not subscribed bemails, which have to be actively subscribed by German laws, started.I bought a test, I received a test result, and I was spammed since.
