Order Not Shipped, No Response to Emails

I placed an order on July 15th, 2025, selecting 1-3 day delivery with DHL and paid an extra fee for it. As of August 2nd, I still haven't received my order. DHL only shows that shipping information was received. I emailed the support team on July 27th for an update but received no response. This feels like a scam; I advise against purchasing here.

Unprofessional Service
