I have really enjoyed playing on this platform. I’ve done some pretty extensive research (aka playing) on social casinos and this is one of my favorites. 3x playthrough on some purchases? Confused

Enjoyed playing and won 300 on a 20 package. Redeemed instantly that time no issue. Later in the day I purchased another $20 package and got up to 115 after playing 45 min or so. Went to redeem that time and was declined saying I received a 60 bonus somewhere and had to play that 3 x before cashing out. I never received any bonus only won from my purchase of packages. What gives? Until I figure out that issue I’m probably going to add this one to the no play list. Unfortunate because I like the platform and layout.
