I’ve been playing on Chanced for about a year. Last year I withdrew and got a 1099 in the mail, and this year so far I’ve withdrawn about my wins and will also get a 1099 for 2026, so I can confirm they do pay out winnings.

Payout speed has been good overall. Two of my withdrawals were instant, and the others were processed the next day, which is still pretty fast.

One thing I don’t like is that every withdrawal requires selfie verification again. I understand security, but it becomes repetitive if you withdraw often.

I really enjoy the variety of games, especially Hold & Win style slots like Huff House Bonanza, 3 Carts of Gold, and Coin Tornado. My only complaint about the game lobby is that you can’t filter out games that aren’t available in your region, so sometimes you click a game only to find out you can’t play it.

My win rate is probably around 10–12%, which seems normal for casino-style games where the house has the advantage. However I rarely bet over $4 and I stick to a small budget daily. Which is why My VIP level seems to move very slowly, even after quite a bit of play.

They do offer free spins occasionally and with some purchases, but they’re usually limited to about 20 spins at $0.10 and on one game only, which is nice but boring.

Overall, my experience has been positive. Chanced is legitimate and does pay withdrawals, but improving the game filters and verification process would make the experience even better.

I went to live support and had asked about receiving a complimentary bonus and they informed me that my status isn't high enough to receive anything and to keep playing. I know they could have given me something. It's just disappointing when you are loyal to a place like that and they are so ungrateful.

And I am a super honest person, so much that I don't pay anyone to sign up. I follow the rules, I don't use my old sites that have a VPN AND I DEFINITELY Don't SIGN UP TWICE AND IF I DO BY MISTAKE, I TELL THEM INSTANTLY. ANYWAY I SIGNED up for the first time and when I went to go buy a package it said contact support. They're unwilling to tell me what I did, or that they can even fix it. How could I do something wrong if I just signed up? I bet minimum n have went thru a thousand bucks over the weekend. The last couple months it's been HORRIBLE on both chanced and punt! It literally feels like they have an on / off switch. I been getting into bonuses alot lately and it's been 0.04 to 0.99sc almost all of them, probably hundreds of bonuses over this span. I get some slots r more volatile than others but often I just sit n laugh because of how one sided n obvious that proverbial"on / off" switch is. I enjoy playing for long periods so I bet minimum. My 2nd issue is customer service. I've had several technical issues lately. Not getting promos, them not delivering emails, not getting correct sc Id bought, free spins guaranteed etc..... customer service is nice for most part but they are extremely vague and take forever and leave me on read at times when they tell me they're investigating the issue. Usually I'll get bounced to 5 different reps, having to reexplain my issue to each rep that steps into chat. It'd be nice to keep talking to the same 1 or 2 reps so it's less confusing and the issue gets dealt with quickly. Honestly the only reason I still play here is because of instant redemption but even that is no longer guaranteed. Sometimes they r n sometimes they r not. The site needs alot more consistency. The second most important is RTP. The RTP on Chanced seems to be very good.
I bought a discounted bundle and managed to get it to the minimum payout level(100SC).

Redemption was instant, but I recommend, that when buying your bundle, you use a physical card as opposed to apple or google pay. Reason being, is that they provide debit/credit card payments, which are instant, but you will not be able to choose this method unless you purchase a bundle using a card and storing it.

Would recommend and will be playing frequently.

After further time had collapsed I still haven't got anything. Per their terms an conditions 24 to 48 hours is the wait on a referral bonus. However I'm experiencing nothing but inconsistent answers an not one has gave me a solution.
