My wife and mother in law booked for the Qatar Airways for the inward flights from India to UK on the same date and time. Unfortunately, my wife’s flight schedule changed to another date and we were shell shocked about the move from the airline. My mother in law needed substantial assistance from her daughter for her journey.

I strongly advise against using this agency; they are thieves. They advertise low prices, you buy the tickets, then they call you to say the prices are inflated. They then find you another ticket at double the price, and you have no choice but to pay the difference or else your money back. I bought two tickets for $2500 , and ended up paying $4600.
