Christmas Gift Order Issues.

I ordered earrings as a Christmas gift, but the tracking number I received linked to a parcel meant for someone else in another state. After contacting the postal service, they couldn't assist me since it was picked up with ID. I tried reaching the sending location, but no one answered. I also called the warehouse, only to be redirected to an administrative line. ((UPDATE)) The seller eventually returned my call and informed me of a mistake at the warehouse. They will send replacements on Monday.

Exercise Caution.

Misleading Policies.

Misleading policies and guarantees. We purchased earrings as a gift and wanted to exchange them for a more expensive pair just two days later. The earrings hadn't even been given yet and were still in the box. The same salesperson explained that there are no exchanges or refunds on earrings. This policy was hidden within their lengthy 30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee on their website, with no signs in the store. If we had been informed at the time of purchase, we would have chosen a pendant or bracelet instead. Poor policy, awful customer service; I had been a loyal customer despite previous issues, but now I would never shop here again.

Avoid This Brand!

I've owned a ring for five years, and over time it has lost several stones, which I paid to repair. Recently, I noticed scratches on the larger stones. When I inquired about replacing one of the scratched stones under their guarantee, they offered to replace it but insisted on a hefty remounting fee. This fee seemed unjustifiable given the original cost of the ring. How is it $100 to replace a small stone but $400 for a larger one? They would not send the replacement stone loose, which would void the warranty. I find this brand deceitful, and their guarantee feels like a scam. I advise against wasting your money here.

Poor After-Sales Service.

The after-sales service at this location is extremely disappointing. I purchased an engagement ring, and one of the diamonds fell off. I returned the loose diamond and ring, but the assessment took weeks with no updates. After multiple visits and calls, I still haven't received any information regarding my ring. The manager's attitude was unhelpful, and the whole experience has been frustrating.

Terrible Quality and Service.

Do not waste your money here; the after-sales customer service is nonexistent, and the quality is poor. I've bought three rings, and all had stones fall out within weeks. When I requested a refund for one ring with issues, they refused and claimed it was damaged due to wear and tear, which is unacceptable for a new ring. The customer service was dismissive, and I am still seeking resolution. I plan to escalate this further.

Long Wait for Refund.

It's been eight months since I returned a $1200 item for a refund, and I'm still waiting. They claim it's been processed, but I've received no proof or payment. If you're considering purchasing from this company, think twice unless you're prepared for potential lengthy issues with refunds.

Poor Customer Experience.

We bought a ring for my 98-year-old grandmother, but she didn't like it, so we returned it. Since September 17th, we have been waiting for a cash refund. The staff has been unhelpful, and the overall experience has been disgraceful.
