Unresponsive and Concerning Experience

I attempted to reach out to them twice through their website's contact form without any reply. Eventually, I decided to download/install and test it, but my antivirus detected a trojan in the executable. It's concerning that they didn’t check the website contact form or mention any virus scans on their end. This response feels like something a scammer would provide.

Unable to Bypass iPhone 6s with Signal

They claim to bypass up to the iPhone 15 with signal, but when I connected my iPhone 6s, they couldn't bypass it at all. Why is there a price for bypassing with signal and another without if they can't perform the bypass with signal? It's confusing.
