Chedd Are one of those companies you are really pleased you found out about. I only recently started using them based on a recommendation and they are reasonably priced, responsive and everything that is hard to find nowadays when looking for Trade Services. Would not hesitate to recommend them. 10/10.
when I called needing a quick repair/ service to be done to my Baxi boiler - the lady in their office, Gemma, was very easy to deal with. She set an appt as soon as possible and i felt reassured by our conversation. She asked for all information to be passed on to the engineer to ensure the work could be done as quickly as possible. The boiler was fixed! and the engineer seemed knowledgeable and competent.
Dan arrived on time, left his shoes on the mat and set to work giving our gas boiler its annual service. All went well and he was gone less than 30 minutes later. Friendly & helpful as ever, Chedd’s team are a shining example of what can be achieved with a customer-focussed yet professional approach.
