Overall, I was very satisfied with the perfect delivery and careful packaging. The various types of cheese were delicious. I also enjoyed the fig jam and roseberry jam, though the portions were a bit small — but I guess I can just buy more next time.However, I was quite disappointed with the jambon. It didn’t taste very good to me. It was a bit tough and oily, and it stuck to my hands. I had to tear off each slice, but they didn’t separate well and just tore apart, losing their shape. The flavor also wasn’t to my liking — it had a bit of a smoky taste, and I wish there had been more variety.That said, I do intend to repurchase the cheese and jams. Thank you for your service.
So many things. The final was getting the wrong product even though the packing slip said the correct product. Since August 29 I have tried to get in touch with you 4 separate times. Twice by email and twice by phone. The most recent being yesterday around 4:15 your time. I called and left a message with your customer service department. At this point I’m worn out
