The main thing I ordered was not delivered no reason given or email to say it’s out of stock or why it was not delivered, so Absolutly would not recommend if you are counting on something arriving when it is supposed to
Or if you’d like notifying that it’s not coming
I thought id review because this is great online pharmacy, never had one issue and prescriptions are usually delivered within 2-3 days which is so much better than a 10 day wait in my local pharmacies, sometimes longer.
Id recommend this online pharmacy to anyone and I usually do.
Easy to order, they make sure whatever you order is in line with any other meds, looking after your health and welfare. Reliable quick delivery. I've used a few times and not been disappointed with the service. Recommended.
Great service all round- from placing a prescription order to receiving via Royal Mail. Regular update emails from both Chemist 4U & Royal Mail (big shout out tho to RM as they even delivered on a Sunday evening with my meds).

Unfortunately they use royal mail,tracking had package sat at Preston mc for a week sent by 48h which shows no matter how much you pay on postage it will take to long for delivery so you suffer ended up going to chemist and buying one .
Dreadful company. Delayed online deliveries. The last delivery had a handwritten note at the bottom of the box saying they had no insulin in stock and did not know when they would get more. For a type 1 diabetic this is disgraceful. No apology and no online communication so I could make alternative arrangements. Left this service immediately but it still aggravates me they could treat their customers so badly in such a complacent way. Found a competitor that has proved reliable and was able to provide the insulin I desperately needed.

This was the last time I ordered Mounjaro injection bundles from chemist4u. They delivered the medication without proper temperature control, with short expiry dates. The ice packs were not frozen, and the packaging was soaked. I immediately requested a return and refund. After waiting 48 hours for customer service to respond and saying it was okay to use within 30 days, I realized it's impossible to finish 2 injections in that time. The next day, they again said it was fine to use despite improper storage, and they refused the return and refund. I now have 2 Mounjaro injections costing £540 that are unsafe to use, and they are refusing to take responsibility for their fault.
They work, easy to use. For me I bought them for fasting. Wanted to know how many hours it would take for me to reach ketosis so I can plan my meal times. Giving me enough hours to gain the benefits of ketosis
The item was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition, I only dealt with the company online, but they were easy to contact and very quick to reply. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or reccomend them to others.
