I sought assessment for a neck and lower face lift along with the removal of unwanted fat under my chin and upper and lower blepharoplasty. I researched this service and others before making my choice, as I was hesitant to go abroad due to concerns about aftercare and potential complications. My online consultation with the doctor was pleasant; he was friendly, professional, and allowed me to ask questions without feeling rushed. I had multiple procedures performed at once under local anaesthetic. On surgery day, all staff were courteous and professional, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. The doctor met with me again during the admission process, explaining everything clearly. The theatre staff were kind and supportive, assisting me throughout the procedure with both physical and emotional encouragement. I felt safe and well-cared for. After the surgery, another staff member helped me to the restroom and out to the car. Post-op care has been excellent; any concerns I've had were promptly addressed. A special mention goes to a staff member who went above and beyond to assist me with a scheduling mix-up. Now, three months post-op, I'm very pleased with my results, particularly the improved profile of my face. I plan to pursue additional treatments for fine wrinkles soon. I have complete confidence in the clinic and the doctor, and I would highly recommend their services to friends and family. My family has also praised the quality of work done. Thank you once again.
Extremely disappointing experience. I requested a call and have been waiting for four days. It feels like they don't care about their customers. Avoid them; they only seem interested in your money. My consultation call was canceled, and I'm overwhelmed with their constant emails. I won't be using their services again, especially after seeing negative reviews about results.

Disappointing outcome after surgery. I only had a telephone consultation instead of the promised video call. The clinic was running two hours behind schedule on the day of my procedure. Although the surgery went smoothly, the results after nine months showed minimal improvement. I was told I would need another procedure, which was not discussed earlier. The surgeon's attitude was unprofessional, and other patients were also voicing their dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this clinic.
