This service is a total letdown! I placed an order for a personalized engraving for my son, but it seems like nothing has been done. I've received automated emails but can't reach anyone to discuss my order. How can a personal engraving be completed overnight only to receive a message saying my package is ready for delivery? I spent £54 and have sent around four emails, all of which were generated by AI. It's incredibly frustrating that there’s no way to contact anyone. I strongly advise against ordering from here!

The merchandise was not as described and was defective. They repeatedly refused to allow a refund or replacement. The quality is worse than carnival prizes. DO NOT BUY! I spent $66 on something that isn't worth even $5 at a dollar store and it was defective.
