Review Time
I paid a substantial amount for a comprehensive project to develop online nutrition courses, but the service has been extremely unsatisfactory. After providing them with ideas and necessary keywords, they promised to complete the courses and associated website within a three-month timeframe. However, months later, only a fraction of the modules were finished, and the content produced was overly simplistic, lacking the depth needed for medical professionals. Despite my repeated requests for completion, they failed to upload the content I provided and then demanded additional funds for more time. My attempts to communicate with them were ignored, and I eventually had to involve legal representation, which also yielded no response. This company, based overseas, took my money without fulfilling their obligations, leaving me to manage the project on my own while incurring further costs to seek assistance elsewhere. I would like either the completion of my project or a full refund.
We schedule and reschedule twice because Camille was not able to make it, third time around, I do not heard back from her at all, in this rate, I will never get started. I need an alternative person asap please. After couple of days, she did respond back, just so happend she was sick and could not respond right away. When we did talk she is very helpful, I am hopeful that I may get somewhere with her help
