The operatives ,Robert Clarke and Thierry Londa were brilliant. They went over and beyond to make sure the job was complete.They were polite, helpful and willing to do jobs satisfaction .I would definitely have them back in my house to do work.They carried out the work professionally. Due to ongoing disrepair in my property, I had to bring in legal assistance. This led to a two-day visit from various professionals. If not for employees with their caring attitude and approachable personalities, the service would be lacking. I want to express my gratitude to these individuals and hope they receive recognition for their dedication.
This organization owns a flat in my building, and over the years, we've dealt with various unsuitable tenants. Recently, they were slow to comply with fire regulations, only completing necessary upgrades last December. The quality of work done was far from satisfactory, and the contractors left the communal areas in poor condition. From my experience, this organization and their contractors show a lack of consideration for neighboring property owners.
