What a good experience, UPS lost my package and you don't answer me, I already sent you an email explaining the situation and you never answered me, I was supposed to sign for the package based on the emails that UPS sent me and they sent me some emails telling me what time they were going to deliver my package and it wasn't like that, they delivered it a long time before and know here why there is no photo of the delivery

What is nice is being able to talk to someone immediately that can and WILL provide support and follow the process through to resolution.Aside from the one minor failure we have experienced with the Chief, it's has been spectacular product.
