I reached out for a quote from the company, having been with my current security provider for over a decade. I decided to withdraw my interest due to the lack of an in-home visit and their request for photos of my existing security equipment. Why should I do all the work as a customer? I'll be looking elsewhere, thank you!
Completely ineffective. Easily malfunctioned. The cameras installed were not formatted and did not function at all. Did not capture anything. I could get the same poor quality from a convenience store, completely blind to the outside world. I'm extremely frustrated right now. I fell for a system that was defeated years ago and bought it. Unethical business model. I am very dissatisfied and do not feel safe. I’m sure you will continue to take my money without care. I need a security system that will keep my family safe. You have failed miserably. You need to outsmart the criminals, yet you proudly sell something that simply doesn’t work. How is it that a common criminal has better technology than you? You seem too comfortable in your role and should not be there. I paid for a security system. Now make it work. I am under your warranty. Plastic attached to my house is not functioning. Why did I hire you? Your installation technician just put plastic on my home. I could go to a discount store and do the same! FIX IT! Every job I undertake, I take ownership of! At least have the decency to uphold the values I hold dear. If you are here just to make a quick buck and fail, keep going. Final note: You have been PAID IN FULL! For nothing. Nothing. I would be personally embarrassed. I can't be more embarrassed for you.
Review your agreement before signing! The first clause states that they can modify the agreement however they wish as long as they provide 30 days' notice. They raised my monthly fee because they added a service I will never use, as I don’t have the necessary equipment. Still, it "went up for everyone." The salesperson rushed me, and I should have read the agreement more carefully. Additionally, if you fall behind at all, they harass you excessively. It’s absurd. Pay on time for years, then miss some payments due to tough circumstances, inform them of the situation, and they just keep calling and emailing, never actually addressing what you told them.
We contacted the company after experiencing issues with our previous provider. Within two weeks (at our convenience) of reaching out, we met with a representative, received a quote, and had a new, state-of-the-art system installed. The entire experience, from initial visit to installation, was seamless. The representative was very helpful in assessing our needs without pushing us into unnecessary devices. We managed to reuse most of our old system’s sensors, which was a great cost-saving bonus.
