My experience with Brian Barber was excellent. He helped me find a great option for final expense insurance and went above and beyond to make sure everything went through smoothly. Even after the fact I had missed a payment and he followed up to make sure I knew. Which I didn't and I'm grateful that he did. If I needed any other insurance Brian Barber is the only person I'd go through. He's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of!
The Positive: What made this process great was the one on one attention I received with Anthony Martin. The fact I received call backs when I was told I would receive them. The Negative: I was expecting to answer health questions and I did with Anthony Martin. However I was unaware that I would receive another call to go over my personal information and health questions again by another representative. Why was that necessary???
