I finally pulled the trigger and loved it!
I have scene the ads for over a year on socials, but was hesitant to buy because of the return/exchange policy. The reviews and long shipping times. And also because all of the models are ethnic and I was not sure I could pull off some of the pieces I really liked as a plus size white older gal.
The day finally came and I had to have this red dress. I checked the measurement chart and selected my size. I ordered January 8 and was hoping to wear it for valentines dinner. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time. I think it was 6-7 weeks on delivery. So reviews were spot on.
As far as the dress, pictures do not do it justice. The dress is GORGEOUS. The quality is INCREDIBLE. The construction is IMPECCABLE. All different from many rebiews There is a lot of stretch in the lace/fabric, had that been noted in the description I probably would have sized down.
The waist is definitely loose but the bust fits more snug depending on the undergarments. The dress has pockets and it's so functional and fun!
I would caution any potential buyers about their refund/exchange policy. What I read before I ordered (bottom of the listing) was different than what I read after receiving the order (www policy). le no exchange for not liking it or fit.
Overall, I am cautiously happy and have already placed a second order.

I wanted so bad to believe they had gotten better. I ordered to dresses, formal, and a pair of blue jeans. I ordred them on Feb. 19th. Today is March 1st and still no order. I have contacted them, still no response. This company needs to be shut down. They do not sell the clothes in the picture. I WISH I could find the company that sells the clothes in the pictures on their website. This site is horrible. And if no one has ORDERED an item, they should not be writing a review. Write a review when you receive your order, not based on the website. We have all been bamboozled.
I ordered 3 items. Only one of them has arrived and it looks NOTHING like the picture. The material is awful and the fit is atrocious. They still have to send 2 more dresses and it’s been more than 7 weeks and none of them have been shipped. I’ve emailed them to cancel the orders and provide a return / refund for the one terrible dress I’ve received and so far crickets. They say they respond within 48 hours and it’s been 7 DAYS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their pictures / videos of the items are AI and look nothing like what they advertise. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
By the way They only respond to your emails after leaving ACCURATE Trustpilot reviews of your terrible experience and reviews on their FACEBOOK forums.
What a scam. Online their clothing looks good but in person the items look like they were made in the basement of the Dollar Store. Then, they basically don't do returns. They make you pay to ship items back. I do not recommend this website. It's based in Hong Kong. Run from this website.
Well the item I purchased was a pre order dress and I need it for February 21st because I have a gala to attend. So I reached out to support and they are trying to ensure that I receive it on that date or before. They was very helpful and explained to me in details how pre ordering works. I just hope I receive my dress before the 21st for my big day

You will never receive updated shipping information once your order is placed. You can expect to wait indefinitely to receive your items. If you request a refund, best wishes. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Don't order from this company!

I received the wrong item in my order! I had to buy the correct one again, and there was no coupon offered like with the original order! The incorrect item still hasn’t arrived, and I feel like I’ve paid twice for something I haven't even received once!
I received my order a month and a half late, well after my 50th birthday celebration for which it was intended. Not only was the delivery excessively delayed, but the product was completely different from what was advertised. It's truly disappointing. I won't be returning!
