My church ended up not needing a certain Lighting Console and I was way behind the return date but ChurchGear was extremely gracious to except the return way past the date because they knew it would help our church. Their customer service is also second to none! Thank you so much!
A great service!Church Gear had a broadcast video lens for sale that tempted me.The lens was fairly priced & I made the purchase. The whole transaction with Church Gear was fair & friendly.They are also very quick to answer emails etc.As I needed the lens to be sent to Ireland, I was slightly nervous about that side of things.However, my lens arrived in perfect condition. Very well packed & protected.I would purchase from Church Gear again, without hesitation.

My experience with ChurchGear was superior to any other company or vendor I have worked with before. This is a difficult thing to describe, but I'm going to try. Do you know that feeling you get when you meet a really great person for the first time, like one of those magnetic, everyone-wants-to-be-around-them kind of people? That person is full of joy, light, and positivity. You feel a little disarmed, and maybe you lower your guard that you usually have up for people you don't know. At first it's unfamiliar and strange as you introduce yourself, but after a while it feels like someone that's an old friend or feels like someone that you should've known all along? I ordered a used mixer from Church Gear. What I got was exactly what I had hoped for. A good mixer that worked like a new one. (Thanks to them for checking gear thoroughly.) It arrived when expected, inside a whole ton of padding that kept it safe in transit.When I need more gear in the future, I'll be sure to look at what they have to offer.
Ordered a bunch of items from ChurchGear for a new campus launch at my church. Everything was in working order and priced fairly. One of the amps was under-powered for the speakers we were using but that was my fault for not looking at the power requirements on the speakers before I ordered! ChurchGear support was quick with their response and helped us order a beefier amp and return the one that was under-powered.
I just want to state that I was very happy with the assistance from your sales associate on my order last week. I received my two speakers and amplifier within a few days of ordering . The equipment was very well packaged and is in far better condition than I expected . So I ordered a matching amp and an EQ .I am an Executive Music Producer and been in the business for around 50 yrs now. I am also retired for 19 yrs now from the top sr facilities engineering supervision from Delco Electronics advanced developement and reliability engineering test facilities world wide . I am 65 and retired from GM at 45 to return part time to music and festival production . So I have a bit of experience to back up my statements on these subjects .I am very happy that I found your company,Oh and I have a couple friends in Franklin and a good friend in music that moved closer to Nashville from Franklin some yrs ago to be more supportive of her two adopted sons as a single mom. The church gear guys were all great - some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They purchased a lot of our "no longer needed" equipment and even picked it up without a charge. It is a business, but churchgear.com is also a ministry supporting churches like ours. Sure, we could have sold this equipment online, but it could have taken weeks or months or longer to sell it all.
