I utilized the service and found that they miscalculated my taxable income when reporting to the tax authority. Consequently, I’ve been paying more tax than my actual take-home salary. When I raised this via email, they dismissed my concerns, claiming I had entered a higher tax bracket. This overlooked the structured nature of income tax, resulting in my entire income being taxed incorrectly. I also provided documentation to them, which they assured me was forwarded to the tax authority. However, when I contacted the tax authority directly, they confirmed they had not received it. After several emails, they failed to investigate the issue properly or acknowledge the warning signs. It was only after I called them that they agreed to look into it, but I'm still awaiting a resolution. Additionally, I opted out of their pension scheme but was still enrolled against my instructions. This has cost me hours dealing with issues caused by their mistakes. For a company specializing in payroll, their lack of accuracy and attention to detail is concerning. I expected professional handling of such an important matter, but instead, I’ve faced stress, overpayment, and poor communication.
Fantastic umbrella service. Exceptional value for money, and they do a lot for their reasonable fee. They consistently pay on time and the correct amount, along with a full and detailed payslip. They offer much more, but even these basics are areas where others struggle. Highly recommend.
