Pros: many great perks with the AI assistant and UTM link feature.Cons: Bad UX/UI design which makes it hard to navigate to a calendar view of your scheduled posts and isn't nice to look at, many spelling errors on the website which is unprofessional in my opinion, and it's also missing the feed/grid preview which is a huge feature that is needed for content creation. Cancelled my subscription within 5 minutes, Yikes.
Beware hidden fees, confusing plans and an average platform experience. Be warned that Circleboom have hidden fees designed at extracting as much money from you as possible when you join and when you try to unsubscribe. I found different pricing models on different pages. One page offered the Pro version at $23.99 if paying annually. Another page showed $34.99 for the exact same terms.When I tried to unsubscribe, it hit me with a $15 reversal price to proceed with the cancellation.I hate dishonest companies like this, that don't have the customer at the centre of what they do.
Signed up for the most expensive plan for a month to give it a try before going in for the year, they had a deal that made it cheaper to to include an add on rather than pay the month without a add on. I decided after using it that it doesn't meet my needs so decided not to renew or opt for the yearly plan and they want to charge me $15 to not renew my monthly subscription. Scummy practice. Adobe levels of scumines, don't use them.
Overpriced and doesnt do as advertised. I paid 29$ to delete tweets and it only did a small fraction. Went to cancel and they have an addition 11$ fee. Absolute bullshit and will be contacting BBB and lawyers. Just another scam that preys on people thinking advertising means something
The setup process froze up when it was gathering data on my x account. I asked grok about and gave him a screenshot. He showed me how to fix it by removing my x account from circleboom and re-linking it.After that its been great!
