So here we go again. I’ve had no reply to my email to this money before anything company. I’m going to try the Care Quality Commission now, hopefully they will have more teeth than the GDC or maybe they will be able to shame them into giving my money back.
Very poor communication from Dentaprime. When concerns are raised about the quality of treatment or the information provided, they simply do not respond. Even formal written complaints are ignored.
Be cautious of the initial price quoted, as midway through treatment you are told that further treatments are required, leaving you feeling pressured and with no real choice but to continue.
My experience with Dentaprime was extremely poor, and I would not recommend them.
I was advised to obtain a medical letter from the hospital to continue my treatment, which I did. The letter confirmed I could proceed, yet the service insisted I had to wait two years, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated.
I just completed my treatment, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The facilities and equipment are top-notch, and the entire team is approachable and professional, instilling complete confidence. A year and a half ago, I was anxious about dental visits with multiple damaged teeth. Now, I feel much more comfortable with dental procedures, and my issues have been successfully addressed.
I wanted a specific treatment but received false teeth that broke. The service wanted over £300 for a replacement. Initially agreed on a price, but now they require an additional £1500. I wouldn't recommend this service; nice location but unfavorable prices and services.
